Refund Policy:
ALL deposits and/or retainers are non-refundable.
Only one (1) rescheduled appointment is allowed. Photographer must be notified atleast 24 hours in advance to schedule a new appointment.
Please arrive to your appointment ON TIME. If you are more than 10 mins late a $10 late fee will be applied to your session. If you are more than 20 mins late a 20 late fee will be applied. Appointment more than 30 mins with be canceled and your deposit will be NOT be refunded. Lets please have respect for the photographer and the next client time. NO PHOTOS WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL FULL BALANCE IS PAID.
Your session will start at the scheduled time. Anytime that you are late will be taking away from you allotted time.
Please limit guests to whomever will be in the photo session. You are allowed to bring up to two (2) additional guests.
What does "2 looks mean"? 2 looks is equivalent to 2 outfit changes
With the basic maternity and birthday session are any props included? NO props are included with this session outside of the normal studio props ie. chairs, stools, etc. Customer will be responsible for bring balloons or any other prop they would like to bring.
When can I expect my images? The amount of time that can go into one image can be up to 2 hours at times. We would like to ensure that we are releasing the best possible images. Our goal is 2 weeks.
Can Images be printed? Yes, a print release will be provided. You will be able to print anywhere.
Do you offer prints? Unfortunately, we do not do any printing. All images are sent digitally and a print release will be provide to be able to print on your own.
How soon can I book? You can book anytime the scheduled allow. We highly recommend booking at least 2 week in advance if you are on a tight schedule such as baby showers or birthdays. This is to ensure that enough time is allowed for images retouching.
Are retouching included with session? Yes when booking you will see a description of how many images will be retouched.
What is retouching? Retouching is basically used to enhance the overall image and quality of your photo. May include but not limited to blemish removal, enhanced lighting, clothing retouched.
What if I don't like my images? upon leaving please look over your images to ensure that they are to your liking. Also please discuss with the photographer your idea look and your expectations for your images before the day of your session. We welcome inspiration photos. Remember Communication is key! Remember all sales are final.
What is included with your creative sessions and why is there a price difference? A lot of time goes into creative sessions, from setting up to breaking down to researching ideas and finding props. Maternity and birthday creative session comes with with basic props within budget. A lot of props the photographer already have but please note that additional fees may apply for additional props needed to complete your vision.
Do you guys do events? Yes, pricing start at $150 and up. Please email us personally to discuss further.
Are outfits included with model session? NO
Where will my pictures be taken? We do have access to a studio location. At time of booking please leave a detailed description and inform the photographer if you will be doing studio or a location of your choice within Greenville NC.
How can I book for wedding? You can book via the website, in person, or via invoice. A contract MUST be signed. Contracts are sent via email or in person. Additional fees may apply for travel outside of city limits.
How can I add a Throne chair to my session? Throne chairs are considered add-ons. A additional $30 fee we be added for use of throne chair.
